On subsequent levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, each level has 8 studios and 4 apartments, all with balconies. On the Rooftop level there is a bathroom module, a gym, a kids club and a spa with two areas of massages, sunbathing area, poolside bar, panoramic pool with jacuzzis, swimming channel and firepits.
